Berikut saya  share soal soal Procedure Text untuk  persiapan Ujian Nasional bagi siswa SMP/MTs.

CAH KANGKUNG
 Ingredients:
·         1 kilogram water spinach, clean the water spinach and shake it dry
·         1/2 tablespoon tamarind liquefy in 1 tablespoon lukewarm water
·         1 tablespoon light soy sauce
·         200 grams medium prawn/shrimp, cleaned and disposed of the heads
·         1 tablespoon oil for stir frying
·         salt as wanted

Spices to be ground:
·         shallots
·         cloves garlic
·         1 1/2 tablespoons tauco (salted fermented soy beans).
·         1/2 teaspoon terasi udang (dried out shrimp paste), toasted.
·         5 red long cayenne peppers.

Methods:
1.      Prepare the veggie by breaking off the leaves at the base
2.      After that breaking the stems with your hands at about 1.5” periods. Leave the top tail end of stem undamaged with the leading 2 leaves on.
3.      Heat your wok to high with oil resting on top. Stir fry ground spices and shrimps till sweet-smelling.

4.      Extra water spinach/morning magnificence, tamarind mix, soy sauce and salt. Turn the veggies and expanded a couple of times to make certain they equally prepare. Do not overcook or they'll taste bad.

Ingredients:
  • 400 g new potatoes
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 400 g firm silken tofu
  • sesame oil
  • ½ Chinese cabbage
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 handful of radishes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 handfuls beansprouts (ready to eat)
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • prawn crackers , optional
  • 1 fresh bird's-eye chilli , optional
For the sauce:

Methods :
  1. Scrub the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for around 15 minutes, or until tender
  2. slice up potatoes
  3. Soft-boil the eggs for 6 minutes
  4. Cut the tofu into 2½cm chunks and fry in a splash of sesame oil for around 15 minutes, or until golden, then sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
  5. Finnaly shred the cabbage if you want it raw or, if you’d rather cook it (which is traditional), then cut it into 2cm slices
  6. Place in a colander and slowly pour a kettle of boiling water over the top.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, quarter the radishes and slice the cucumber
  8. Put all the sauce ingredients into a blender, peeling the garlic and grating in the palm sugar (if needed),
  9. Then blend until smooth. And enjoy!

Corn Patty (Perkedel Jagung)
Materials:
150 grams of wheat flour
2 medium sweet corn
4 eggs
1,5 teaspoon of Salt
3 red onion
2 cloves of medium garlic
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ tablespoon of sugar
Frying oil
3 red chili

Procedures:
1.      First, you blend the red chili, garlic, onion together.
2.      Put the sweet corn with flour, and the eggs in a bowl. Give a little water and blended seasoning that you mixed before.
3.      Give the black pepper, sugar and the salt into the corn.
4.      Heat the frying oil in frying pan.
5.      Fry the corn until it become golden.
6.      And your corn patty are ready to be eaten
