Ingredients:

1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces

1 teaspoon of salt

4 tablespoons of tamarind water

Steps
· First, clean the chicken and smear with juice of lime and salt. Let stand
for 15 minutes then rinse using water. After that dry it.
· Second, heat the oil, saute the mashed ingredients until the fragrant comes
out, then put the chicken lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal and bay leaves,
cook until the chicken meat color changes.
· Third, after the color has changed, put tamarind and soy sauce above it,
stir until chicken is tender, then lift.
· Fourth, grill the chicken and bast with the remaining spices.
