Procedure Text : Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
·         1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
·         1 teaspoon of salt
·         1 tablespoon of lime
·         2 stalks of lemongrass
·         5 lime leaves
·         2 cm of galangal
·         4 bay leaves
·         8 tablespoons of soy sauce
·         4 tablespoons of tamarind water
·         250 ml of coconut milk
·         2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Grounded spices
·         7 cloves of garlic
·         10 cloves of onion
·         1 tablespoon of roasted coriander
·         3 large red chilies
·         2 teaspoons of roasted cumin
·         1 cm of fresh ginger
·         2 cm of fresh turmeric
·         2 teaspoons of salt
·         1 teaspoon of ground pepper
·         3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Steps
·  First, clean the chicken and smear with juice of lime and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes then rinse using water. After that dry it.
· Second, heat the oil, saute the mashed ingredients until the fragrant comes out, then put the chicken lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal and bay leaves, cook until the chicken meat color changes.
·  Third, after the color has changed, put tamarind and soy sauce above it, stir until chicken is tender, then lift.
·   Fourth, grill the chicken and bast with the remaining spices.
