Kue Pukis Mini

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 7g yeast
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • chocolate/cheese/raisin, for topping
Directions :
1. Mix-1 : Beat sugar and eggs until harden
2. Mix-2 : Mix flour and yeast
3. Mix-3 : Warm the coconut milk and salt
4. Add  mix-3 to mix-2 slowly while stirring until mixed
5. Add mix-1 to above slowly while stirring, mix well
6. Let the dough sit covered with paper towel or kitchen towel, in a warm environment until the dough rises to twice original size
7. Preheat oven 350 oF and heat the mold
8. Once mold is hot enough and the dough is risen, pour the dough into the mold 3/4 way and add chocolate sprinkles or cheese (grated) or raisin on top
9. Baked for 15-17 minutes. Let cool and eat up
